    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Sens. Beverly Evans, Terry Spencer, and Ron Allen, and Reps. Gordon E. Snow, Margaret Dayton, and Patrice M. Arent, recommends S.B. 187, PROHIBITING STATE DEPARTMENTS AND ENTITIES FROM EMPLOYING CONTRACT LOBBYISTS, by Senator B. Evans, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 187, PROHIBITING STATE DEPARTMENTS AND ENTITIES FROM EMPLOYING CONTRACT LOBBYISTS.
