    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee recommends S.B. 164, SECURE FACILITIES AMENDMENTS, by Senator D. Gladwell, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 164, SECURE FACILITIES AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Lines 6-8:    Delete "adopt and authorize institutions of higher education to adopt rules to provide for security in or about designated institutional hearing rooms or to"

2.     Page 1, Lines 24-25:    Delete "adopt and authorize higher education institutions to adopt rules to provide for security in or about designated institutional hearing rooms or to"
