The State and Local Affairs Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.J.R. 4,
JOINT RESOLUTION ALLOWING CHANGES TO COUNTY BOUNDARIES, by Senator C.
Walker, with the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 18: After "voters" delete "living in such territory" and
Insert "voting on the proposition"
2. Page 1, Lines 22-23: Delete lines 22 and 23 and insert "make a minor adjustment, as
defined by statute, to the common boundary."
