Representative Patricia W. Jones
proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 8, Line 239: After line 239 insert the following:
"(7) An adult is not considered abused, neglected, or a vulnerable
adult for the reason that the adult has chosen to rely solely upon
religious, nonmedical forms of healing in lieu of medical care."
2. Page 27, Line 828: After line 828 insert the following:
"(6) An adult is not considered abused, neglected, or a vulnerable
adult for the reason that the adult has chosen to rely solely upon
religious, nonmedical forms of healing in lieu of medical care."
