Representative Peggy Wallace proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 47:    After "(a)" insert "except as provided in Subsection (2)(b),"

2.    Page 2, Line 48:    After line 48 insert: "(i) renewal;"

3.    Page 2, Line 49:    Delete "(i)" and insert "(ii)" and delete "or"

4.    Page 2, Line 50:    Delete "(ii)" and insert "(iii)", delete "and", and insert:
        "(iv) eligibility;
        (v) underwriting; or
        (vi) rating; and"

5.    Page 2, Line 51:    After "(b)" delete "if the conditions of Subsection (3) are met," and insert "notwithstanding Subsection (2)(a),

6.    Page 2, Line 52:    Delete "determining for the motor vehicle related insurance policy:" and insert "providing to an insured:
        (i) a reduction in rates paid by the insured for the motor vehicle related insurance policy; or
        (ii) any other discount similar to the reduction in rates described in Subsection (2)(b)(i)."

7.    Pages 2-3, Lines 53-64:    Delete lines 53-64

8.    Page 3, Line 65:    Delete "(4)" and insert "(3)"
