EXEMPTION FROM NONRESIDENT TUITION

Representative Margaret Dayton
proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 15: Delete "If allowed under federal law, a" and insert "A"
2. Page 1, Line 26: After line 26 insert:
"(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of Title 53B, Chapter 8,
Tuition Waiver and Scholarships, all citizens of the United States of
America shall be exempt from paying the nonresident portion of
total tuition."
3. Page 1, Line 27: Delete "(3)" and insert "(4)"
4. Page 1, Line 28: Delete "(4)" and insert "(5)"
