Representative Paul Ray proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 4, Line 115a

After "expenses" insert "and losses"
2. Page 8, Line 227
House Committee Amendments
2-28-2002: After Line 227 insert:
"(3) In addition to any other penalty authorized by law, a court shall order any person convicted of any violation of this section to reimburse any federal, state, or local unit of government, or any private business, organization, individual, or entity for all expenses and losses incurred in responding to the violation, unless the court states on the record the reasons why the reimbursement would be inappropriate."
3. Page 9, Line 273 After Line 273 insert:
