Representative Thomas V. Hatch proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 17, Line 523:    After Line 523 insert the following:
        "Section 9. Appropriation.
        (1) Subject to future budget constraints, there is appropriated, as an ongoing appropriation, $150,000 for fiscal year 2002-2003 from the General Fund to the Attorney General's office for the implementation of this act.
        (2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing."
