TAKING MINOR INTO PROTECTIVE CUSTODY WITHOUT WARRANT

Representative Wayne A. Harper
proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Lines 9-11: After " guardian consents, or" delete " there is probable cause to
believe that any one or more of enumerated circumstances exist
and the circumstances present a substantial, immediate threat
to the health or safety of the minor. " and insert " there exist
exigent circumstances."
2. Page 2, Lines 39-43: Delete lines 39-43 and insert "(b) there exist exigent
circumstances."
