Senator Lyle W. Hillyard proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 6:    Delete " The act eliminates the role of the Office of Guardian Ad"

2.    Page 1, Line 7:    Delete line 7

3.    Page 1, Line 8:    Delete " allegation of abuse, neglect, or dependency."

4.    Page 2, Line 31:    After "action." delete the rest of line 31.

5.    Page 2, Lines 32- 33:    Delete lines 32 through 33.

6.    Page 3, Line 61:    After "minor." reinstate "A guardian ad litem"

7.    Page 3, Line 62:    Reinstate "may also be appointed whenever necessary for the welfare of the minor, whether or not a parent"

8.    Page 3, Line 63:    Reinstate "or guardian is present." and delete the rest of line 63

9.    Page 3, Lines 64-65:    Delete lines 64 through 65

10.    Page 6, Lines 152-154:    Delete lines 152 through 154

11.    Page 8, Line 217:    Delete "in which there is an allegation of abuse, neglect, or"

12.    Page 8, Line 218:    Delete "dependency"
