Senator D. Chris Buttars proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 9, Lines 266-267:    Delete Lines 266 and 267
         Renumber remaining subsections of Section 62A-4a-101 accordingly.

2.    Page 10, Line 284:    Delete "(19)" and insert "(18)"

3.    Page 19, Lines 579-583:    Delete Lines 579 through 583 and insert the following:
        "(b)(i) if the division considers it advisable, file a petition with the juvenile court under Section 78-3a-305 regarding the supported finding of abuse or neglect; or
        (ii) if the division does not file a petition under Subsection (1)(b)(i), cause the notice described in Subsection (5) to be served on the alleged perpetrator."

4.    Page 22, Line 648:    Delete "(ii)" and insert "(i)"

5.    Page 22, Line 651:    Delete "(i)" and insert "(ii)"

6.    Page 26, Line 786:    Delete "(i)" and insert "(ii)"
