proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, line 56: After line 56, insert:
"(iii) the party whose location is being sought has been afforded
notice in accordance with Section 62A-11-304.4 of the opportunity
to contest release of the information;"
2. Page 2, line 57: Delete "(iii)" and insert "(iv)"
3. Page 2, line 58: After "protective order" delete "or" and insert ", a" and after
"disclosure" insert ", a current court order limiting or prohibiting
the requesting person's contact with the party whose location is
being sought, a criminal order, or documentation of a pending
proceeding for any of the above"
4. Page 3, line 59: Delete "(iv)" and insert "(v)"
5. Page 3, line 63: After "employment" delete "may" and insert "and any other
location information shall"
6. Page 3, line 66: After "protective order" delete "or non-disclosure" and insert ",
current court order prohibiting disclosure, current court order
prohibiting or limiting the requesting person's contact with the
party whose location is being sought, or criminal" and after
"jurisdiction" insert ", or documentation of a pending proceeding
for any of the above"
7. Page 3, line 67: After "(d)" delete "The" and insert "Neither the state, the
