1.    Page 6, Line 154:    After "are" insert ": (A)"
        After "misdemeanors" insert "not involving any of the offenses described in Subsection (3);"

2.    Page 6, Line 159:    Delete ":"

3.    Page 6, Line 160:    Delete "(a)" and insert "an offense, whether"
