Representative James A. Ferrin proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, line 1    after " VEGETABLE" insert " AND HISTORIC STATE VEGETABLE"

2.    Page 1, line 5    after " vegetable" insert " and historic state vegetable"

3.    Page 2, line 30    after line 30 insert:
        "(14) Utah's historic state vegetable is the sugar beet."
         Renumber remaining subsections accordingly.
