    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 160, EMERGENCY HEALTH RESPONSE AMENDMENTS, by Representative M. Dillree, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 9, Line 262:    After line 262 insert "(3) The immunity in Subsection (2) is in addition to any immunity or protection in state or federal law that may apply."

2.    Page 13, Line 396:    After line 396 insert "(3) The immunity in Subsection (2) is in addition to any immunity or protection in state or federal law that may apply."
