    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 274, RIGHTS-OF-WAY ACROSS FEDERAL LAND, by Representative M. Noel, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 6, Line 156:    After "law" insert ","

2.    Page 7, Line 187:    Delete "direct" and insert "servient estate or dominant estate"

3.    Page 7, Line 196:    Delete "the owner of the servient estate" and insert "a person with a servient estate or dominate estate claim to the right-or-way"
