    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 151, AMENDMENTS RELATED TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, by Senator D. Steele, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 19, Line 582:    Delete "and"

2.    Page 19, Line 583:    After "Education" insert:
                 "; (d) a political subdivision of the state;
                (e) an agency of the federal government; or
        (f) independent entity as defined in
         Section 63E-1-102;

3.    Page 21, Line 630:    Bracket "state's"

4.    Page 23, Line 698:    delete "two" and insert "three"
