THIS ACT PROVIDES THAT A PERSON WHO EXERCISES UNAUTHORIZED CONTROL OVER A VEHICLE, A PASSENGER WHO HAS KNOWLEDGE THAT THE DRIVER IS EXERCISING UNAUTHORIZED CONTROL, OR A PERSON WHO IS COMMITTING A FELONY MAY NOT COLLECT UNINSURED OR UNDERINSURED MOTORIST COVERAGE. THIS ACT PROVIDES THAT A DEPENDENT MINOR OF PARENTS WHO RESIDE IN SEPARATE HOUSEHOLDS MAY RECOVER UNINSURED OR UNDERINSURED BENEFITS FROM EACH PARENT'S POLICY AND EACH PARENT'S POLICY IS LIABLE ONLY FOR THE PERCENTAGE OF DAMAGE THAT THE LIMIT BEARS TO THE TOTAL OF ALL UNINSURED COVERAGE APPLICABLE TO THE ACCIDENT. Every school in the state received a free copy which they used to celebrate the state's 100th birthday. In as much as the state commissioned this production, we have never received royalties that would come from be authors of this work. We feel the state song should belong to everyone in the state. Therefore, if "Utah...This is the Place" becomes the state song, we relinquish all rights as copyright holders to the citizens of Utah for public domain use. This will insure that everyone can use and enjoy the state song without copyright restrictions.
