Representative Donnelson called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. and announced that
H.B. 251 would not be heard today, and then called for a motion to approve the minutes.
MOTION: Representative McCartney moved to approve the minutes of February 5, 2003.
The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Bennion, Ure, and Urquhart
absent for the vote.
H.B. 105 Internet Privacy and Security Amendments (W. Harper)
The sponsor introduced the bill and explained its intent.
MOTION: Representative McCartney moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion
passed unanimously with Representatives Urquhart absent for the vote.
MOTION: Representative Noel moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with
Representative Urquhart absent for the vote. The meeting adjourned 4:15 p.m.
