Representative Mike Thompson
proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 2, Line 38: After "course of" delete "an order to show cause" and insert "a"
2. Page 2, Line 39: After "access would" insert "not"
3. Page 2, Line 40: At the beginning of the line delete "detrimental to the well-being"
and insert "in the best interests"
4. Page 2, Line 42: After line 42, insert:
"(2) In all determinations, the primary caregiver during the course
of the marriage may be considered."
5. Page 2, Line 43: Delete "(2)" and insert "(3)"
