Representative Craig W. Buttars proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 45:    After "stored." insert "It does not include retail stores, except those that buy directly from a producer."

2.    Page 3, Line 64:    After line 64 insert:
        "(b) Dealers who issue Product of Agriculture Receipts to producers shall plainly cancel upon the face of the receipts each receipt returned to the dealer upon the delivery by the dealer of the product of agriculture for which the receipt was issued."

3.    Page 3, Line 65:    Delete "(b)" and insert "(c)"

4.    Page 4, Line 68:    Delete "(c)" and insert "(d)"
