proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 3, Line 73: After "under" insert ": (a)" and delete "or"
2. Page 3, Line 74: Delete "federal" and after "information" insert "; or (b) federal law
to obtain information including any federal law under which a peace
officer or prosecuting authority may obtain information"
