POLL WATCHER AND PRESERVATION OF ELECTION DATE AMENDMENTS

Representative Ron Bigelow proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 3, Line 72: After Line 72 insert:
"(d) The election officer shall post the requirements imposed upon counting poll watchers by this Subsection (4) in each counting room and in each room associated with the processing of votes for counting."
2. Page 5, Line 121: After Line 121 insert:
"(d) The election officer shall post the requirements imposed upon counting poll watchers by this Subsection (3) in each counting room and in each room associated with the processing of votes for counting."
3. Page 6, Line 165: After Line 165 insert:
"(D) The election officer shall post the requirements imposed upon counting poll watchers by this Subsection (2)(d)(i) in each counting room and in each room associated with the processing of votes for counting."
4. Page 8, Line 220: After Line 220 insert:
"(e) The election officer shall post the requirements imposed upon inspecting poll watchers by this Subsection (1) in each location where the receipt, inspection, and deposit of ballots and election returns occurs."
