Representative David Clark
proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 6, Line 161: After "transfer" insert "or any time thereafter"
2. Page 6, Line 162: At the end of the line delete "or"
3. Page 6, Line 163: After "transfer" delete the "." and insert "; or
(vi) at the time of the transfer, or at any time thereafter, the person
receives public assistance and recovery is allowed under Title 26,
Chapter 19, Medical Benefits Recovery Act."
