1.    Page 1, Line 8:    After " exceptions for" insert " nonpublic highways, for"

2.    Page 2, Line 39:    After "(a)" insert "in a vehicle that is not being driven on a public highway;
        (b)"

3.    Page 2, Line 40:    Delete "(b)" and insert "(c)"
