             7      General Description:
             8          This bill modifies provisions of the Public Utilities Code related to industrial electric
             9      infrastructure.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:

             27      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

             28          Section 1. Repealer.
             29          This bill repeals:
             30          Section 54-16-101, Title.
             31          Section 54-16-102, Definitions.
             32          Section 54-16-201, Classifying an expense as a covered expense.
             33          Section 54-16-202, Eligible customer.
             34          Section 54-16-203, Infrastructure agreement -- Electric services contract.
             35          Section 54-16-301, Covered expenses to be recovered by customers in the state.
             36          Section 54-16-302, Accounting treatment of covered expenses.
