    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 251, RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION - RIGHT TO KNOW ACT, by Representative D. Hogue, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 63 through 64 :    

             63          (6) "Radio frequency identification tag" means a device that is able to transmit

  and collect

  on a microchip       through radio waves.


2.    Page 1, Line 19 :
