Representative Marda Dillree proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 9, Lines 254 through 256 :    

             254          (4)
[[   [   ]] (a)      [[   ]   ]] A charter school shall make the same annual reports required of other public

             255      schools under Title 53A, State System of Public Education, including an annual financial audit
             256      report.
 

    (b) A charter school shall file its annual financial audit report with the Office of the State Auditor within six months of the end of the fiscal year.
