Senator Curtis S. Bramble proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Lines 28 - 31c:    Delete lines 28-31c and insert:
        "(3) "Unfair competition" includes:
        (a) damaging an Internet website;
        (b) computer hacking;
        (c) cyber-terrorism;
        (d) misuse of a patent, trademark, or trade name;
        (e) a software license violation;
        (f) misuse of an Internet domain name;
        (g) misleading Internet domain name directions;
        (f) predatory hiring practices;
        (g) encouraging a person to violate a provision of an employment contract that prohibits competition or disclosure; or
        (h) making false or misleading claims."
