             9          This bill requires legislative action regarding administrative rules.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:

             12          .    reauthorizes all state agency administrative rules.

             15      Other Special Clauses:
             16          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2005.

             18      ENACTS UNCODIFIED MATERIAL

             20      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             21          Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
             22          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized.
             23          Section 2. Effective date.
             24          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
             25      on May 1, 2005.
