Representative Hunsaker called the meeting to order at 8:21 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to approve the minutes of January 25, 2005. The motion passed         unanimously.

HB. 214    Emerging Technologies and Open Government (Rep. D. Clark)

The bill was not considered per the sponsor's request.

HB. 221    Electronic Communication Harassment (Rep. J. Dougall)

Rep. Dougall introduced the bill with the assistance of Paul Boyden, Executive Director, Prosecutors' Association.

MOTION:    Rep. Goodfellow moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed         unanimously with Rep. Becker, Rep. Noel, and Rep. Ure absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Allen moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Hunsaker         adjourned the meeting at 8:37 a.m.
