Representative Allen called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to approve the minutes of January 28, 2005. The motion passed         unanimously.

HB. 214    Emerging Technologies and Open Government (Rep. D. Clark)

Rep. Clark explained the bill.

Spoke to the bill:    Betsy Ross, State Records Committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to pass the bill our favorably. The motion passed unanimously.


MOTION:    Rep. Noel moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Allen         adjourned the meeting at 9:40 a.m.
