             10          This bill provides legislative action regarding administrative rules.

             17          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2006.

             21      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             22          Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
             23          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized.
             24          Section 2. Effective date.
             25          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
             26      on May 1, 2006.
