Representative Noel called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

H.B. 59    Utah International Trade Commission (Rep. S. Allen)

Rep. Allen explained the bill. (handout)

Spoke to the bill:    Scott R. Sabey, attorney, Fabian and Clendenin Corporation

MOTION:        Rep. Mascaro moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed             unanimously.

H.B. 50    Material Harmful to Minors Amendments (Rep. S. Wyatt)

H.B. 50 was not heard.

MOTION:        Rep. Hunsaker moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep.             Noel adjourned the meeting at 2:40 p.m.
